  1. Quality time is one of the most meaningful gifts to give; why not plan to be active together- buy a gym membership or simply take a walk each evening (You are 30% motivated if you do something with someone else).
  2. Take Fish Oils (especially if you are over 45yrs old) -
  3. Give to one another by giving back - Volunteer at a charity, giving back is a healthy habit that will boost your mood and beat stress.
  4. Drink no more than 2 glasses of alcohol per day
  5. Demonstrate your love with an intimate meal at home. Keeping it light and healthy will keep you in the mood for love.
